Insolvency and company: Advised clients in insolvency and company proceedings such as derivative claims, bankruptcy applications and unfair prejudice petitions. Appeared in the High Court on behalf of clients, including winding up petitions and injunctions applications.
Commercial and construction: Advised on contractual disputes across a variety of areas including share purchase agreements and construction.
Property and private client: Advised on property possession proceedings and the recovery of trust assets.
