We are a forward-thinking and dynamic set of chambers and are always looking for like-minded individuals to join us.
Forum Chambers operates an Equality and Diversity Policy in accordance with the Bar Code of Conduct and the equality and diversity requirements of the Bar Standards Board. We welcome applications from applicants from any background and particularly welcome and encourage applications from women, Black, Asian and minority ethnic individuals, disabled people, those who are LGBTQ+, as well as all other groups who are underrepresented in the legal sector. All applications are treated strictly on merit regardless of background.
As a chambers we are seeking to expand by recruiting experienced practitioners who have established practices in any of the areas of law in which we operate. Current tenants often work with other members of chambers on matters and we are proud of the collegiate ethos within chambers.
Any established practitioners seeking to join Forum Chambers should in the first instance contact the Senior Clerk, Conor Fagan, by email at clerks@forumchambers.com. Applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
See one of our Barristers, Ruhi Seth-Smith, speak about her experience at Forum Chambers below.
We are not offering 12-month pupillages at the moment.
Forum Chambers has an established track record of recruiting tenants from those who have undertaken a third six pupillage with us and we continue to see this as an important method of recruiting. Third six pupils are exposed to all areas of chambers’ work and can expect to be undertaking significant amounts of commercial work from the outset.
We are currently recruiting for up to two third six pupils.
To apply, please send a covering letter and CV to recruitment@forumchambers.com.
