Forum Chambers Awarded the Charter for Fairness 2026

We are delighted to announce that Forum Chambers has been recognised with the Charter for Fairness 2026, awarded by the Chancery Bar Association. It is an honour we are extremely honoured to receive, and one that reflects a genuine commitment we hold at the heart of how we operate.

The Charter for Fairness is an initiative developed by the Chancery Bar Association to promote equity, transparency, and inclusion across chambers at the Chancery Bar. It sets out a framework of twelve commitments covering every aspect of professional life, from how work is allocated and earnings are monitored, to how marketing opportunities are shared and how members returning from extended leave are supported.

By embedding fair processes into the everyday running of chambers — in clerking decisions, in sponsorship, in billing, in how silks and juniors work together — it creates an environment where talent and dedication determine outcomes, not assumptions or familiarity.

For junior members, returners, and those working flexibly, this matters enormously.

We are honoured to receive this recognition. It affirms work already underway at Forum Chambers and challenges us to keep improving. We look forward to continuing that work.
