Forum Chamber’s own Nathan Webb will be presenting a critical discussion on the winding up of an Austrian Bank through cross-border insolvency law at this year’s Contentious Insolvency and Creditors Forum hosted by R3.
What is the Contentious Insolvency and Creditors Forum about?
From R3:
“The aim of the 1 day conference is to discuss various issues relevant to creditors and those who practice contentious insolvency and asset recovery. It will also consider contentious aspects of the restructuring process including issues arising out of cross border proceedings.
This Forum has been developed for practitioners with an interest or substantial practice in contentious aspects of insolvency and restructuring with the aim of bringing together the community of practitioners, solicitors, barristers, institutional creditors, non-performing loan funds, e-discovery specialists, investigators and litigation funders to network and hear the latest updates in the profession.”
Where and When is the Forum?
The Forum will take place at No. 11 Cavendish Square, London, W1G 0AN, from 09:00-17:00, on 6 July 2023. Nathan’s presentation will take place at 11:30.
This is a not-to-be-missed event for all practicing in contentious insolvency and asset recovery.
